Absolutely. By default, we assign the same cleaner to your home for all ongoing weekly and fortnightly cleans. We respect the trust that is built between you and the cleaning team. If we need to send a different team, we will notify you beforehand.
[02] - Do I need to be present during the clean?
It's up to you! As long as our cleaners have clear instructions on how to gain access into your home, we will take care of the rest. Many of our customers prefer to schedule their clean during the workday, so they can come home to a sparkling clean house.
[03] - What is the policy on pets during cleaning?
Most home cleaners are pet-friendly and aim to ensure your furry friends are comfortable during the cleaning process. When booking a service, it's a good idea to inform them about your pets so the cleaning team can take necessary precautions and make suitable arrangements.
[04] - What is a deep cleaning?
Deep and standard cleans follow almost the same checklist, but a deep cleaning requires more time, effort, and attention. You should select the Deep Cleaning option if your home hasn't been cleaned in the past month, or if it isn't maintained regularly.
[05] - Do the cleaners bring their own equipment and cleaning products?
The cleaning team will bring all the necessary supplies to complete the clean. However, to ensure hygiene and safety standards, we kindly request that you provide your own vacuum and mop for your house cleaning. Please note that cleaners serve several homes per week and cross-contamination of viruses and bacteria is possible when using the same equipment.
[06] - Can I reschedule or cancel a service?
No stress at all! Just let us know at least 24 hours before your scheduled home cleaning service to avoid a late cancellation fee. Also, you can manage your bookings in your account, or just give us a call/email at any time.
