It's up to you! As long as our cleaners have clear instructions on how to gain access into your home, we will take care of the rest. Many of our customers prefer to schedule their clean during the workday, so they can come home to a sparkling clean house.

Most home cleaners are pet-friendly and aim to ensure your furry friends are comfortable during the cleaning process. When booking a service, it's a good idea to inform them about your pets so the cleaning team can take necessary precautions and make suitable arrangements.

Deep and standard cleans follow almost the same checklist, but a deep cleaning requires more time, effort, and attention. You should select the Deep Cleaning option if your home hasn't been cleaned in the past month, or if it isn't maintained regularly.
[04] - Do the cleaners bring their own equipment and cleaning products?
The cleaning team will bring all the necessary supplies to complete the clean. However, to ensure hygiene and safety standards, we kindly request that you provide your own vacuum and mop for your house cleaning. Please note that cleaners serve several homes per week and cross-contamination of viruses and bacteria is possible when using the same equipment.

Yes, we bring all the necessary cleaning equipment and products to ensure a thorough clean. However, if you prefer us to use your supplies, please let us know—we’re happy to accommodate your preference
